-Step 3: If succesful, they have a 30-45 minute interview to further assess their background.

On a daily basis, you or your team will manage the Fractional SDR. Most of our clients meet with their Fractional SDR either daily if they have a huddle or weekly. We recommend a fixed weekly meeting to review market needs, challenges, metrics etc. Activated Scale requests feedback bi-weekly and meets to review the performance metrics as stated in the SOW monthly.
