You must have this experience -

We're looking for someone who has done this before — ideally across multiple companies and stages.

- 10–15 years in wholesale CPG
- Last 4–6 years in regional or national sales leadership at brands running distributor-led wholesale motions
- Has managed a multi-state book of 15–40 wholesale relationships personally or through a team
- Has driven year-over-year same-account growth above 25% across a book over multiple years
