Requirements

What you will do:

  • Managing and optimizing revenue operations processes across sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive efficiency and growth.
  • Analyzing data and using analytics to measure performance, identify trends/opportunities, and improve processes related to lead conversion, sales forecasting, customer retention, etc.
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer success, and other teams to align efforts, share insights, and implement process improvements for a seamless customer experience.
  • Overseeing administration of CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and other revenue-related technologies to ensure data quality and adoption.
  • Conducting market research, identifying target audiences, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Training team members on revenue operations best practices, processes, and tools.
  • Managing projects, delegating tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of high quality work.

The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in revenue operations or a related field, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a deep understanding of sales and marketing processes.
